We did a reverse image search using the viral image and found reports from Global Times, France24 and Africa News featuring these train crash visuals.

According to this information, at least 72 people were injured when two trains of the “National Tunisian Railway Company” collided on March 21, 2022 in the south of the Tunisian capital, Tunis.

However, it should be noted that Tunisia is an African country and not a European nation. Also, the image shows a damaged train following a collision with another train and not with cattle.
